THEY PUT THE BOTTOM LINE ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE AND PRIDE THEMSELVES ON GETTING THE HIGHEST RENTS FOR THEIR CLIENTS OF ANY COMPANY IN THE INDUSTRY.

THEY DO NOT GET THE HIGHEST RENTAL RATES BY PROVIDING QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TENANTS -ON THE CONTRARY- THEY LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL TO TENANTS, JACK UP THEIR RENT AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY THEY GET, FAIL TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF SERVICE AND WHEN A CLIENT COMPLAINTS ABOUT LACK OF SERVICE THEY THROW YOU OUT THE DOOR AND THREATEN TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND THREATEN YOU WITH THEIR LAWYER.

MY VERY SICK, ELDERLY DISABLED PARENTS ENDED UP RENTING A HOUSE FROM HOBAN MANAGEMENT ... IT WAS THE WORST DECISION OF THEIR LIVES!

THE STAFF AT HOBAN IS ARROGANT AND CONDESCENDING AND MERCILESS -EVEN TO ELDERS-!  THE FIRST THING THEY WILL DO WHEN YOU CALL IN FOR SERVICE IS GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND THREATEN TO EVICT YOU IF YOU TRY TO COMPLAIN!

MY SICK, ELDERLY DISABLED MOTHER IS FIGHTING LATE STAGE CANCER AND AUTO IMMUNE DISEASE AND CARING FOR A WORLD WAR II VETERAN (MY FATHER) WHO IS ALSO DISABLED AND THEY THREW HER OUT ON THE STREET FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT NOT GETTING MAINTENANCE IN HER PROPERTY ...

WHAT COMPLICATES OUR SITUATION IS THAT MY PARENTS WERE DEFRAUDED OUT OF THEIR HOME AND LIFE SAVINGS BY THEIR CHURCH OF 5 YEARS LIGHTHOUSEBAPTIST DOT COM AND THROUGH THE USE OF CORRUPT LAWYERS FROM THOSE WHO VICTIMIZED MY PARENTS CHRISTIANLAW DOT ORG /DAVID GIBBS AND CROOKED POLICE, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECOVER ANY
DAMAGES IN OVER 3 YEARS.

AN EMPLOYEE OF HOBAN NAMED LISA BASICALLY STALKED ME AND HAD AN INFATUATION WITH ME AND LIED TO ME AND MY FAMILY ABOUT THE PROPERTY WE RENTED HAVING A BED AND BREAKFAST BEING RAN IN THE ATTACHED UNIT.

WE ARE SEEKING RESTITUTION AND WANT TO PUT HOBAN MANAGEMENT AND THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY -A MAN THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY- THE OWNER OF AMERICAS FINEST CARPETS ON FOURTH AVENUE IN CHULA VISTA/NATIONAL CITY WHICH WE ALSO WANT TO PUT ON BLAST FOR BEING A GREEDY BASTARD AND JACKING UP THE RENT ON ELDERLY DISABLED PEOPLE ON A FIXED INCOME THAT HAVE NO MONEY FOR DIAPERS OR MEDICATION AND THAT HAVE TO PAY RENT INSTEAD OF PUTTING FOOD ON THE TABLE AND DON'T HAVE MONEY TO MOVE AROUND!

MY PARENTS HAVE BEEN ON THE SECTION 8 HOUSING WAIT LIST FOR 7 YEARS NOW!

SHAME ON HOBAN MANAGEMENT AND AMERICA'S FINEST CARPETS WHO WILL USE VIOLENCE AGAINST SICK ELDERLY DISABLED PEOPLE AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING A QUICK BUCK AND MAXIMIZING THEIR PROFITS.

If you're unfortunate, and have a post-purchase problem with them, court is likely your only hope for resolution.

They do not stand behind their work! They tried to blame the wall and us for their faulty work, then they wanted to charge us extra to repair their work. DO NOT use them for tile work or anything else for that matter.

Today I was a repeat costomer wanting to by some carpet and was very disappointed in the customer service.  They would not allow us to borow any samples even offering to leave a credit card # and bring them back in 3 hours.  The store was empty and I was told they might miss a SALE if I borrowed samples.  Well they did!  Mine! I went to Coles..got a great price on beautiful carpet that will be installed next week.  Don't bother unless you like being treated like dirt!

DO NOT RENT from Hoban Management. They are careless, disrespectful, disgusting and just plain rude to deal with. I lived in the Ramona CA property Raymond Ritz Apts. A NON SMOKING property, if you smoked you were to walk outside the gates to smoke. My neighbors below me didn't like that that rule. They started smoking in their apartment below me and the smell of cigarette overwhelmed my apartment by coming up through vents. My boyfriend has asthma a could not breath on a daily basis.  I have contacted the apartment managers, their managers, the neighbors downstairs and to Tom Hoban himself and NOTHING was done. They shrugged me off like I was a fly on their shoulder. I went through the fair housing act and Hoban lied through their teeth to get out of it. I can't  say enough what you will deal with if you live at any one of their properties. Careless, useless, disgusting, degrading, disrespectful group of people.

Lousy Service, Owner is not ethical. I hired these guys to install flooring, and to clean some existing carpeting. Flooring that they brought out was wrong, ordered wood, they brought out plastic. Argued with the owner, Carlos, he said that is what I bought even though I had a reciept that said I bought wood. then he said they made a mistake and that I had to pay more. Then they installed so bad that floor pops up when you walk on it and there is a 1/2" gap around the base boards. The guys they sent out, did not speak english, had tatoos on their heads and faces and my wife was terrified the whole time they were there. In fact she was so scared she stayed in the front yard while they were working. The carpet cleaning guys were not much better, they kept asking if they could come back and do some rooms after hours for cash so that their boss wouldnt know. Owner is a creep, but his employees are crooks. I asked them to leave. Never use this company, bad work, they change what they say they are going to do, and bait and switch is their operating method.
